Theatergoers of all ages will enjoy this presentation of Disney’s 1961 animated classic, ONE HUNDRED AND ONE DALMATIANS. Adapted from Dodie Smith's 1956 novel "The Hundred and One Dalmatians" and featuring a voice cast with Rid Taylor, Betty Lou Gerson, J. Pat O'Malley, and Tom Conway, the plot follows two London-based dalmatians who are as in love as their human companions. The dogs are overjoyed after having a litter of 15 puppies. However, the glamorous yet wicked socialite Cruella De Vil attempts to buy them all. When her offer is declined, Cruella hatches a plot to steal the puppies, prompting a team of animal allies to help return them home.Leonard Maltin’s Classic Movie Guide writes “The story’s told from a doggy point-of-view, which is just one ingredient of the film’s great appeal.”
