This event, held at the beautiful Sanctuary on Seven, 7 Walla Street in Bundaberg, provides three separate session times for you to choose from. Each session is the same but designed to immerse you in an oasis of tranquility where the stresses of life gently melt away. I’ll guide you in understanding the importance of resetting your mind and body and share practical tools to integrate this reset into your everyday life.
In our busy lives, taking time for yourself is essential. These one hour sessions provide the perfect opportunity to prioritise your well-being and reconnect with your inner peace.
Enhancing your experience I provide you with state-of-the-art headsets, designed to target your nervous system and amplify the healing and relaxation journey.
Bring your own pillow and blanket to cocoon yourself (pillows under your knees can ease lower back discomfort). Since you'll be lying on a mat, feel free to bring whatever will make you most comfortable.
