Join us for One Heartbeat Ceremony — a full-day sacred experience designed to bring you into oneness with yourself, the group, and the divine. Created by Jake and Kore, co-founders of One Heartbeat Retreats, this transformational offering is rooted in deep healing, remembrance, and embodied awakening.
This ceremony is structured in three powerful phases:
Release. Reclaim. Receive.
🔹What’s Included:
➤ Breathwork Journey | Release
We begin the day with a guided somatic breathwork journey to open the body and clear the channel. This is your time to release what no longer serves — stagnant energy, emotion, trauma, and stories — and create space for the sacred.
➤ Meditative Bufo Ceremony | Reclaim
In deep presence, we move into a meditative Bufo experience. This ceremony is an invitation to reclaim your power, your truth, your essence. To remember that you are already whole — and always have been. Held in a safe and intentional container, you’ll be guided back home to your soul.
➤ Sound Healing & Voice Transmission | Receive
We close the day in the vibration of pure receptivity. Kore & Jake will guide you through a down regulating breathwork, sound healing and voice transmission experience to help anchor your transformation. With the medicine of sound and channeled transmissions, you’ll be invited to soften, to receive, and to integrate the divine intelligence that moved through you.

This is a full-day journey, and space will be held with deep care. Throughout the day, there will be time for:
