The One Degree Coach Training is a one-day experience designed to empower your personal vision for ministry and unleash your leadership capacity through coaching.

We don't seek to impose a vision upon you; instead, we collaborate with your existing one. Whether your ministry's direction is well-defined or requires further clarity, One Degree will unlock a fresh vision of possibility, addressing personal blindspots and dismantling belief systems that hinder your sphere of influence. This training aims to elevate discipleship one degree higher to rescue a generation through real-time, hands-on activities facilitated by professional executive coaches. Understanding your role in ministry is one aspect, while comprehending your identity as a youth worker is another.

Training Structure

The One Degree Training is a one-day accelerator on Saturday, December 7th, 2024. It will start at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. There will be a one-hour lunch break in the afternoon, which Rescue a Generation will provide.

While in the training, you will have the opportunity to engage in open dynamic lecturettes, structured experiential exercises, group discussions, professional interactive coaching from people currently in ministry roles, networking and resources for your ministry.
