10:00 Introduction to the theme (and each other)
10:30 Hatha and meditation practice
12:00 Lunch (bring your own, to keep event costs low)
13:00 Theme discussion or practical activity
14:00 Mindful movement, pranayama, yin yoga and meditation
15:30 Time for reflection and setting intentions
