Restore and enhance your wellbeing with a day of yoga, meditation, and nature. Learn to listen to your inner wisdom, whilst establishing a sense of balance and connection with yourself and others. This one day retreat will explore the deeper meanings behind the symbol and mantra OM/AUM, through the practice of Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (breathing practices), Mantra (simple chanting) and Yoga Nidra.
Event schedule:
10:00 Introduction to the theme (and each other)
10:30 Hatha and meditation practice
12:00 Lunch (bring your own, to keep event costs low)
13:00 Theme discussion or practical activity
14:00 Mindful movement, pranayama, yin yoga, mantra and yoga nidra.
15:30 Time for reflection and setting intentions
