I am so grateful to be partnering up with Klara Burgess to bring you a full day of rest, reflection, and rejuvenation. What we will be offering you during this one day retreat are two 90 minute yoga classes (hatha and yin styles), guided meditations and breath exploration outside in the bamboo forest, many moments of pause between the practices for personal reflection, and of course always a full cup of tea. ?
