Join us for a nourishing one-day retreat dedicated to stillness, growth, and heartfelt connection.
The day will gently guide you through practices designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and deepen your spiritual journey.
Together we will explore:
- Guided Meditation – to centre yourself and expand inner awareness
- Workshop Session – offering tools for reflection, growth, and everyday balance
- Devotional Singing – uplifting the soul through music and collective voice
- Shared Lunch & Community – time to enjoy wholesome food and connect with fellow seekers
This retreat is open to all who wish to pause, reflect, and recharge in the company of like-hearted souls.
No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to come as you are...plus please bring a yoga mat.
