Enjoy a step-by-step introduction to a simple practice that connects you to the frequency of the earth, easing your nervous system into parasympathetic and allowing the tension to drain from your body. The practice guides you into filling the empty space left by the tension with more “you”, leaving you with a sense of homecoming and relaxation.
Learn how to focus your mind and harness the power of your personal energy field. Take away life long practices that can help you create healthy boundaries, protect your energy field and no longer "pick-up" or accidentally take on other people's negative energy, or emotions.
The day long retreat consists of a morning educational session followed by a nourishing and delicious lunch, and then an afternoon practice session. The experience is subtle and slow, requiring you to slow down and BE present.
We get how busy the mind can be and how the body can hold all of our pent up energy and emotions, and that's why we incorporate movement into the one day retreat. It is easier for the body to drop into rest and relaxation after a movement session: Somatic Movement and Ecstatic Dance.

-Jaime Triana - co-founder of JaiStar Studios and JaiStar Reality is a beloved musician who will be leading the group through a sound healing live music mantra practice during the retreat.
