Namaste querida mulher,Vivemos uma vida feita de hábitos, a maior parte deles irrefletidos, uma vida que se repete diariamente, em que o "ter de fazer" domina toda a nossa vivência.
Casa, trabalho, supermercado, faz o jantar, come, trata dos filhos, trabalha mais um pouco, dorme. Repete tudo outra vez.
Esta dinâmica diária sempre me fez questionar: "mas é para isto que nós vivemos? Não pode ser, a vida tem de ser mais do que isto!"
É verdade que a rotina traz consistência, disciplina e compromisso, que são fundamentais para atingir os nossos objetivos.
Mas,
De vez quando,
É importante sair da rotina.
Fazer algo diferente, ir a um sítio novo, conhecer outras pessoas, fazer uma actividade que nos desafia, viajar, sair da zona de conforto. Isto pode dar-nos uma nova perspectiva, pode inspirar-te para uma mudança.
E, muitas vezes, o que precisamos é um pouco de mais inspiração para a vida fluir sem grande rijidez.

We live a life made of habits, most of them irreflected, a life that repeats it self daily, which the “to do” takes control of our experience.
From home, to work, make dinner, eat, take care of your children work a bit more, sleep. Now repeat all over again.
This daily dinamics always made me question the life purpose: “but is this why we live for? It can’t be, life has to be much more than this!”
It’s true that consistency, discipline and commitment are fundamental to atain your goals.
But,
Once in a while,
It’s important to get out of your daily routines.
Do something diferent, go somewhere new, meet new people, do something that challenges you, travel, get out of your confort zone. This can give you a new perspective, it can inspire you to change something.
And, many times, that’s eaxctly what we need, a bit more inspiration in life só it can flow easily.
