What is Irish Shamanism?
Irish Shamanism is a spiritual practice that dates back thousands of years, with its core beliefs in the powerful connection between the spirit world and the natural world.
Through various techniques, such as drumming, dancing, and breath work (deep breathing) you can achieve a calm state of mind that allows you to communicate with nature.
We'll explore deep levels of consciousness and guide your mind to its own inner wisdom to the rhythm of the drumbeat.
What is Holotropic Breathwork?
Holotropic Breathwork is a technique for accessing deep states of consciousness through regulated deep breathing.
Based on the Greek terms "holos" (whole) and "trepein" (to move towards), the term
"holotropic" means "moving towards wholeness"
Achieve personal enlightenment and come away feeling empowered.
Crystal Programming with Holy Fire Reiki
Crystals are the bridgers of dimensions, and serve humanity in raising our frequency and consciousness.
They each carry a unique vibration that has the power to align and attune us to our healing work and heart's desire.
With Holy Fire Reiki, we will charge your personal crystal (a favorite from home or one gifted from nature) to work as a moving altar across time as you carry forward your sacred work from the shamanic retreat.

Donna Quilty has 20 years’ experience and fully trained in Shamanic Practices with Dunderry Celtic Shamanism and Druidry in Ireland. It is part of The Oaktree Charitable Trust, Co Meath
Jenn Trumbo is a lifelong Crystal whisperer, a Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, and works at Bardic Level in the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids.
