Accredited one day introduction to Gong course. This course is aimed at those who want to learn the basics of sound healing and techniques of how to play gongs. There will also be an opportunity to play different gongs.

This course covers:-

Brief background on the Gong & different types
The effects of the Gong in sound healing
Basic gong playing techniques
Buying Gongs & Mallets
Introduction to flume techniques
Hands on gong playing
Creating a drone with the Gong
There will also be a few of gongs (some for sale) on the day.
