🌿 9:30–10:30 AM – Gentle Flow + Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones
🌿 10:30–10:45 AM – Nourishing snack break
🌿 10:45–12:30 PM – Nervous System Reset Workshop + Journaling + Breathwork
🌿 12:30–1:30 PM – Seasonal lunch (soup + sandwich catered by Ruby’s)
🌿 1:30–2:30 PM – Creative Expression (art-based session)
🌿 2:30–2:45 PM – Snack + tea break
🌿 2:45–4:00 PM – Reiki Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
