Come join me in this beautiful way of celebrating community through song.Whoever has sung in a choir before knows how incredibly powerful it is.
It has so many benefits for our physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being, including improved mood, reduced stress, boosted confidence, and enhanced vocal skills.
But sometimes we can’t commit to long-term projects, even if we know they’re good for us. Perhaps we simply don’t have the time or space...
But what if you could just come once?
And that’s how the One Day Choir works: we propose a day and time, and if it suits you, you come!
What to expect?
Expect two hours of pure joy — from deep sound explorations that help us connect more deeply with ourselves, to super fun and simple songs where we’ll explore rich harmonies.
This is not a traditional choir!
Keywords: circle, tribal, world music, playfulness.
The One Day Choir movement started in the U.S. during Covid, when people most needed to connect in community — and singing became the way.
It quickly gained popularity, and the number of participants grew and grew, reaching between 100 and 200 people in each One Day Choir.
It’s my dream that we can grow together in community singing this way — to connect with each other, to restore our nervous systems, to have fun, and to be playful with our voices.
Don’t miss being part of this!
Bring a water bottle and a journal if you’d like to write down lyrics for future reference.
No previous experience needed!
Looking forward to singing with you all.
