About the Program:
The One Choice Leadership Incubator Program is a 6-week paid leadership experience for Brown and Black youth ages 14–24. This isn’t your average training—youth are hired to help run the day-to-day business operations of Blue Pathways, gaining real work experience, entrepreneurial insight, and professional mentorship.
Whether you’re a returning participant or new to our family, this is your opportunity to step into leadership, build your confidence, and gain the tools needed to own your future.
