What if everyone in Pass Christian read the same book and then joined together to talk about it? That is the idea behind One Book, One Pass! Our 2025 selection is South To America: A Journey Below the Mason Dixon Line To Understand the Soul of a Nation by award winning author Imani Perry. This book received the 2022 National Book Award for Nonfiction. Over the next few months, book discussions and programs will be held throughout the community, culminating in the author presentation by Professor Imani Perry on Thursday, October 16th.Pass Cigars (located at 124 Davis Avenue) is graciously sponsoring the Men Only Cigar Chat Book Discussion. This event is for “men only” and will take place on Wednesday, September 10th at 6:30pm. This event is free and all men are welcome to attend! Light refreshments will be served and beer and cigars are available for purchase.
