Hosted by a coalition of deeply passionate pastors and youth leaders with over 2 decades of building urban youth and children’s ministries, the One Alliance Next Gen Leaders Conference will take place in Atlanta , Georgia on September 27th and 28th and equip youth pastors, senior pastors, parents and youth workers and leaders with practical and creative strategies to:
* Understand and solve the problems facing today’s urban youth
* Develop a powerful vision for building effective ministries for young people at every age, including kids, middle schoolers, and high school students, young adults.
* Bring their ministry into the 21st century (and beyond) to reach young people right where they are
* Create a community of committed volunteers who not only show up, but are ready and eager to teach and demonstrate the love of God to young people and their families
* Empower & encourage parents to be intentional about reinforcing the Gospel at home
