There exists an indelible bond between human emotions and the art of storytelling. Emotions are invoked when a story is told. The subtle nuances of a story can teach many a lesson of life. Stories are the embellished masks of reality- friendly touching heartbreaking and meaningful. People who tell their own stories and those who indulge in listening to them are all trying to find a bit of themselves and empathize with elements of the story. Storytelling allows for a platform to build Emotional Intelligence.
What happens at OUATT ?
We invite people to write and send their stories to us. We edit the story and then create a common platform for the chosen stories to be heard. An OUATT session doubles up as a workshop on building Emotional Quotients through these TRUE stories.
For anyone who hopes to feel inspired driven charged or touched on hearing a story and for anyone who feels passionate enough to share a true story get in touch with us. We at Once Upon A True Time will make the tellers and listeners come under one roof and engage in a session that will leave each one a little more emotionally intelligent.
