Host Frank Licari explores the booming workforce of the Palm Beaches, with stops at cutting edge businesses, big and small. Meet a local baker, a heartwarming center for job training, and more hotspots for commerce and community. Featured establishments include the West Palm Beach Green Market, Bread by Johnny, Flamango Vending, and more!

Guests are invited to join us for a pre-screening reception with live music and light bites. After the reception, attendees will be the first to see the full episode and the event will conclude with a Q&A with Frank and the On the Town team.
