Join Russ for an afternoon filled with fun, adventure, and photography! Everyone is invited to this free event!We will stroll through the historic downtown area of Holly, MI, capturing street photography during the annual Dickens Festival. Actors will be dressed in period costumes, creating an exciting atmosphere that transports us back to the past.
Please bring your gear! Everyone will have the opportunity to take photographs during this event. Russ recommends bringing a wide-angle to a telephoto lens.
This promises to be an enjoyable and interactive afternoon/evening. You'll have the opportunity to meet fellow DPPA members as well as members from other local camera groups.
đź“· Meet the Host: Russ Follick is a long-time, award-winning local photographer. He will gather with you at 12:00 PM for a brief introduction. Feel free to ask Russ any photographic questions, but we will primarily be exploring on our own, seeking that perfect shot. This is a fantastic networking opportunity!
🏨 Meeting Details: Gather at 12 PM in front of the Historic Holly Hotel (110 Battle Aly, Holly, MI 48442). There will be NO classroom time; this will be a highly interactive mobile workshop.
