Forces Farming 'ON FARM INSIGHT DAYS' are your first step into a new career; a career you may have never thought of. Farming is food production and supporting nature recovery while stewarding the land for the future generations.
This event will take place on and around a working farm. More information including location will be shared when spaces are allocted.
This is the first step into the 6x6 Programme delivered by Forces Farming.
The 6x6 Programme from Forces Farming is totally new way to gain insights into an industry that is in need of GOOD PEOPLE and new talent.
The 6x6 Programme information will be shared with participants when spaces are allocated.
Following on from the 6x6 Programme we can support you into a variety of placements and then into new positions and career paths.
This programme could lead onto management roles and leadership opportunities or simply swap your existing co-workers for some new 'cow-workers' on a dairy farm.
Your attitude, ability to listen and learn, your dedication and previous skills are more important than farming experience.
At these ON GOING face to face events we will deliver:
