Shug’s is a Music & Art venue with a focus on original artists. We like to feature different artists during our OMM. The featured artist performs for 30 minutes at 9:15 and is compensated for their time and talent.

Lisa De Novo is an alternative pop/rock artist drawing influences from the Cranberries, Sheryl Crowe, Cold play, and Fleetwood Mac. She has played two independent coast to coast tours, performing in 17 states. Her songs exude joy and a passion for life. They have been played on 106.5 the End and streamed by 35 countries. Her new song “Carolina” premiered on the Charlotte Today Show. With her soulful vocals and engaging stage presence, Lisa brings a dynamic energy to every performance.
