Get ready for something special at this year's Japan Week @ Bellevue College — a Mikoshi (portable shrine for festivals) is coming all the way from Canada! ��We’re looking for 20-30 energetic volunteers to help carry the Mikoshi during the big event on Saturday, October 11! �
No experience? No problem! You’ll be guided by Mikoshi pros who will teach you how to carry and parade through the venue. ��
This is your chance to be part of an unforgettable cultural experience and bring the energy to the celebration! Wasshoi, wasshoi!
� Save the date: Oct. 11 (Sat), be available 10:00 AM - 2 PM or 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM (includes rehearsal time, breaks, and actual carrying). Participants will receive a free Japan Week T-shirt and volunteer credit hours.
