About the Event

Following the success of our previously sold-out Omega Pathways: STEAM Careers & Insights event at Harvard University, Omega Men in Action (OMIA) is excited to bring the next installment in our career exposure series — this time focused on Commercial Real Estate (CRE).

The Omega Pathways: Commercial Real Estate Careers & Insights event will introduce students and young professionals from underrepresented communities to the many career paths within the CRE industry — from development and design to project management, brokerage, investment, and construction.

Participants will gain real-world insights from an accomplished panel of professionals and learn about the diverse roles that shape how our cities are built.

Why Attend
  • Discover high-impact careers in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Learn the “blueprint” for entering and thriving in CRE industries.
  • Network with professionals, mentors, and leading companies.
  • Explore internship, mentorship, and career opportunities.
  • Engage in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions.

Who Should Attend
  • High school and college students interested in business, real estate, or the built environment.
  • Early-career professionals looking to expand their understanding of CRE.
  • Educators and mentors supporting students in career readiness.

Format
  • Part I: Career Breakout Sessions — Explore CRE sectors and skill paths.
  • Part II: Expert Panel Discussion — Hear insights from industry professionals who look like you and share your journey.
  • Networking & Mentorship Hour: Connect one-on-one with panelists and corporate partners.

This event is part of the Omega Pathways initiative, a career development program by Omega Men in Action, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of the Eta Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Our mission is to create access and awareness for students from underrepresented communities to high-impact careers that build generational opportunity and representation.
