For one night only, join us for an exclusive omakase-style dinner experience in the heart of Manchester, inside the hidden SeeSaw Café.

Expect a night of storytelling, a collaboration between RamYum, known for their take on Korean comfort food, and Studio Masko, the creative house behind Manchester’s refined sushi, poetic matcha themed drinks and desserts.

– A selection of 9 Korean banchan dishes from RamYum

– A 5-course Omakase by Chef Philip

– A matcha 'flight' consisting of 3 unique matcha flavoured drinks by Masliva

-1 plated matcha dessert by Maslivla

-1 Korean rice wine drink to finish the evening

Everything is chef-curated, meaning the menu unfolds as a surprise, layered, refined, and seasonal.
