The Omaha Classic will be held at Heartland Strength in Omaha, NE Saturday August 23. Session start time tbd, but will be happening all day between 9:00am to 6:00pm.This event is a USAW Sanctioned meet - meaning all athletes must have a current USAW membership on the day of competition.
Each athlete will have 3 attempts at a snatch and 3 attempts at a clean and jerk.
There will be cash prizes and gift bags for the top 3 female and male athletes according to sinclair (bodyweight to weight lifted).
Vendors will be set up throughout the day including Travelin Tom's Coffee Truck and MoveRX Physical Therapy.
