Om Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of OM to activate your self-healing potential.
This circle is about bringing community together, experiencing this change in the vibration within our bodies, serving together for the greater good of all.
“The moment people start to chant together in the OM Chanting Circle, automatically their own vibrations are being transformed into OM. Whoever is inside the circle is showered in this energy and that is what changes the vibration of the body. Even the cells are healing with this vibration. This immersive and sacred practice will last for one hour and forty five minutes activating the body’s natural healing potential and transforms negative energy into positive energy with lasting benefits.
Our facilitator Tarnyia will guide the practice using a unique combination of seating in star configured concentric circles with the continuous chanting of OM.
Om has the potential to unite everybody, independent of culture or origin, as the divine Om is what connects us all. Om carries this strength and intention for the universe.
We are hosting these sessions with the overall intention to assist all participants to realise that we are all part of something larger, something greater, coming from a place of gratitude and with upmost humility.
