About this Event
Join our informal group at Sudbury Library every third Wednesday of the month to practice OM chanting. The session is only 30 minutes long with half an hour for drinks and light refreshments beforehand. Doors will open at 5:15 pm and we will start at 5:45 pm with OM chanting.
OM chanting is a powerful technique used to promote relaxation and calmness. It is not a meditation session.
The practice will:
- Transform negativity into positive energy
- Help purify the local environment, and
- Support the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants.
No experience is necessary, just bring an open heart and mind. Don't miss out on this unique event!
