A lunch to celebrate the men who rowed for Great Britain at the Paris Olympics in 1924About this Event
There will be the opportunity for a drink in the Bar before we sit down for a three-course lunch at 1300 hrs.
Everyone is invited to bring along memorabilia from the 1924 Games, which will be laid out on a table for others to see and enjoy. After lunch there will be a brief presentation by Steve O'Connor, Director of the River and Rowing Museum, but everyone then has the option to say a few words about their ancestors' recollections of Paris 1924.
