About this Event
This 2-hour Olympic weightlifting workshop is led by - Olympic medalist, international coach, and educator who has delivered 230+ seminars worldwide.
The session is fully dedicated to improving your Snatch technique, consistency, and confidence under the bar.
You’ll train in a small group (max 12 athletes) with hands-on coaching, targeted accessory work, and a focused main lift block up to ~80% - enough load to train seriously while keeping technique the priority.
This is not a lecture and not a competition session.
It’s structured, practical training designed to help you feel and understand what to fix - and how to train it in the future.
