Location is the Lowe's parking lot near the TwinStar Credit Union. tailgate Swap of plants and garden-related items (chemicals not allowed). Swap starts promptly at 10:00 AM. No early swapping is allowed, although prearranged Swaps can be fulfilled prior to 10:00 AM. All the best stuff goes fast, so show up early to be prepared once official swapping starts. Plants and items left unattended at the rear of vehicles are considered 'up for grabs'. Plants and items inside of vehicles (including inside truck beds) are off-limits.
