Oxfordshire Local Nature Partnership (OLNP) Health and Nature network meeting

Join us on Monday 10 June, 9am - 1.30pm, for an Oxfordshire Local Nature Partnership Health and Nature Group networking event on the theme of green social prescribing.

We will be hearing from colleagues working across the county in different roles relating to green prescribing, learning about local research and innovation, and taking part in group discussion to identify what needs to happen across the system to scale up access to nature-based activities for health and wellbeing.

Anyone with an interest and passion for health and nature is welcome!

A vegetarian networking lunch will be served at 12.30pm. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Agenda

9am – Tea/coffee and registration

9.30am – Welcome and introductions

9.45am – Panel discussion Challenges and opportunities for Green Prescribing in Oxfordshire’. Speakers will include Lucy Staveley, International Tree Foundation, Catriona Bass, Eynsham Nature Recovery Network, Chris Chandney, Rose Hill Junior Youth Club.

10.30am Local research and innovation. Speakers will include Katrin Wilhelm, University of Oxford, Richard Claydon, Active Oxfordshire, and Rosie Rowe, Oxfordshire County Council.

11.15am – Tea/coffee

11.30am – Group discussion: What is needed to scale up green prescribing in Oxfordshire?

12.30pm – Lunch and networking

13.30pm – Close
