I'm J Ladner, a highly experienced hair colourist with a remarkable 15-year career, during which I also had the privilege of being a salon owner for 8 years. This dual role has provided me with invaluable insights into not only honing my craft within the salon, but also developing and nurturing a successful brand in the wider community. Alongside my passion for hair colour, I have ventured into entrepreneurship, sharing my expertise as an educator and author. Furthermore, I am proud to serve as the Chief Brand Ambassador of Oligo Professionnel. Through years of dedication, I have perfected the art of placement and patterns, and I am excited to collaborate with you to unlock newfound efficiency within your business and instill a positive, growth-oriented mindset in your professional journey. NINA TULIO
I’m Nina Tulio, a salon business mentor, speaker, and educator with over 27 years of experience. My journey includes 20 years as a hairstylist, 8 years as a chain salon executive, and 11 years as a successful commission salon owner. I also serve as the Business Education Ambassador for Oligo Professionnel.
My passion for the beauty industry and deep empathy for people drive everything I do. I aim to help salon owners and stylists not just build successful businesses, but also grow personally. My mission is to uplift and empower everyone in this beautiful industry.
