Join us for the Silver Spoons Seniors Cooking Class, a 6-week culinary journey inspired by the Oldways Taste of African Heritage curriculum. This program celebrates the rich, vibrant food traditions of the African Diaspora, helping you create delicious, healthy meals while exploring the cultural roots of each dish.
