🎄 Oldham Christmas Lights Switch-On 2025 🎄Saturday 15 November, in Oldham town centre
Oldham town centre will burst into festive colour as the free Christmas Lights Switch On Show returns. It's going to be a night packed with family fun, live music, and entertainment for all the family.
Main Stage Show 5.30 to 6.30pm, outside the Old Town Hall, featuring:
⭐ Performances from 'Fierce Dance'
⭐ Oldham Coliseum’s ‘A Christmas Fair’ cast
⭐ Anton Benson’s Beauty and the Beast panto stars from Queen Elizabeth Hall
⭐ Ollie, Millie and Rodney the Reindeer
⭐ Chaddy the Owl
⭐ Oldham’s own Frank Rothwell
⭐ And of course… Father Christmas! 🎅
The evening will finish with a dazzling finale with the official switch-on of Oldham’s Christmas lights and tree, followed by a Christmas themed fireworks display lighting up the town’s sky.
Meet Bluey and Bingo
Catch the characters in the Market Hall from 2pm, appearing at intervals throughout the afternoon, perfect for little ones!
The switch on is just the start of the Christmas fun...
Join us in the run-up to Christmas (22 and 29 November, 6 and 13 December, 12 to 4pm) for street bands, live performers, and creative family workshops all across town.
