Olde Towne East Summer Tour of Homes

Summer Tour of Historic Homes features magnificent 14 homes and gardens within the Historic Olde Towne East Neighborhood on the city's Near East side.

• Ticket-holders must check-in at tour headquarters (TBD)
• Tour is self guided & walkable (allow 2-3 hours); 14 stops
• Homeowners and volunteers are on-site to help guide you through the homes and answer questions about the renovations, history, etc.
• Shuttle stops are available along the route.
• Restrooms are available at the first stop.

• Parking is available near the tour headquarters or where legal on city streets
  

Since 1982, the residents, friends, families, and supporters of Olde Towne East have volunteered countless hours to organize, plan, and host an annual tour of homes. During the tour, the Olde Towne East Neighborhood Association, (OTENA) showcases some of the most beautiful and historically-significant properties in all of Columbus.

Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchasers

Liability Waiver and Release

By purchasing a ticket for the Historic Homes Tour (hereinafter referred to as "the Tour"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Assumption of Risk -- The Ticket Holder acknowledges and understands that participation in the Tour involves certain risks, including but not limited to, risks associated with walking through historic properties, uneven terrain, stairs, and other potential hazards. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Tour.
• Release of Liability -- The Ticket Holder, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the organizers of the Tour, their affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (hereinafter referred to as "the Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Ticket Holder, or to any property belonging to the Ticket Holder, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in the Tour.
• Indemnification -- The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that may incur due to the Ticket Holder’s participation in the Tour, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• Photographic Release -- The Ticket Holder grants permission to the Released Parties to use photographs, video recordings, or any other record of the Tour that may include the Ticket Holder’s image or likeness for any legitimate purpose, including promotional and marketing activities.
• Compliance with Rules and Regulations -- The Ticket Holder agrees to comply with all rules and regulations established by the organizers of the Tour. The Ticket Holder understands that failure to comply with such rules and regulations may result in their removal from the Tour without refund.
• Governing Law This Liability Waiver and Release -- shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Tour is conducted.
• Acknowledgment of Understanding -- The Ticket Holder acknowledges that they have read this Liability Waiver and Release, fully understand its terms, and understand that they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. The Ticket Holder acknowledges that they are signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by their purchase to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
