Old Slater Mill Homeschool Day Fiber Arts Activity

At Slater Mill, children made thread. With this workshop, children will learn about some of the skills required to do work inside of the mill and make a small, braided cord. This activity will last 30 minutes. It is geared towards children around a fourth-grade level (or higher).
