You are invited to join a unique meditation and sound healing practice. A meditation session accompanied by the skilled manipulations of Nepalese singing bowls and traditional Tibetan bell called the ting sa.Your guide will be Fiona Ryan, who has an advanced certificate in sound healing, as well as yoga teacher training including pranayama (breathwork).
Come with an open heart and mind. Expect some guidance through breathing exercises, visualisations and through powerful vibrations and sounds.
You will experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, increased self awareness and cultivate a more positive mindset, through a meditative state.

Meditation??
What is meditation? Some people say it's having a quiet mind. Or noticing without judging. Or even attempting to not think. Some say it allows them to relax and de-stress, but the real value of meditation is to not be a slave to your runaway mind. To prevent you getting caught up in anger, or anxiety, or sadness, or in fact any thought process that's not serving you.
No experience necessary! If you've never meditated before, this might be a nice fun way to try it out.
