Okuden" translates to "inner teachings" in Japanese. Considered the second level of Reiki training, following Shoden (first level). Allows you to become a reiki practitioner and you are able to practice Reiki on clients with the correct insurance. Learning Reiki symbols and techniques to deepen the practitioner's connection with Reiki energy and enhance their ability to perform distant healing.
