This energizing 60-minute class will be led by Lisa Henderson, a certified 200-hour RYT yoga instructor who teaches at Vint Hill Yoga (our neighbors across the street!)
Originally from Germany, Lisa’s practice focuses on strength, mobility, and flexibility, offering a welcoming space for all levels to explore their personal yoga journey. 🌿
Tickets are $25 and include your first beer after the class. This is the perfect way to kick off our Oktoberfest festivities, sweat it out, and reward yourself with a pint!
