Born out of the Columbus music scene, all five members have played in various Columbus bands over the past two decades. Cassette Mindset’s members grew up listening to the music of the 1990s and love to share their love of 90s rock with every audience.
From grunge (Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins) to post-grunge (Bush, Weezer, Stone Temple Pilots, Toadies) through Brit Pop (Oasis, Blur), party rock (Lit, Eve 6), pop-punk (Blink 182, Green Day, Offspring) and into the mainstream (Foo Fighters, Goo Goo Dolls, Third Eye Blind, Natalie Imbruglia, Gin Blossoms), Cassette Mindset plays the songs from the 1990s that connect with you and bring you back to your younger days.
