RMCG Oktoberfest Community Event & FundraiserJoin us at the RMCG Swim & Tennis area to enjoy the fall season, delicious food, and craft beer!
We’ll also have our second-annual Pickleball Round Robin Tournament, which you can sign up for in the comments!

FUNDRAISERS:
• Craft beer and wine (donations appreciated)
• Pickleball Tournament at 2pm
• Bake Sale
• Brats, hotdogs, burgers, and Impossible Burgers on the grill
• Popcorn, sodas, and chips
• Silent Auction, always a crowd favorite!
FREE ACTIVITIES:
• Swimming - the pool will still be open for those willing to brave the cool water!
• Tennis court and Pickleball courts will be open for free play after 4pm!
• Cornhole
• Crafts for kids of all ages
• Music
• Meet your neighbors and make new friends!

To bring neighbors and friends together for an enjoyable time while raising funds to rehabilitate the playground area. As an HOA optional community we thank you for your support!

NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING:
At 4:00pm, we will provide a brief update on the state of our neighborhood and have a brief Q&A. All Rogers Mill and Carriage Gate residents are welcome to attend, along with our members from the surround area.
SWIM/PICKLEBALL/TENNIS/GROUNDSKEEPING ANNUAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENT MEMBERSHIP:
You can join our full-year membership for Swim, Pickleball, Tennis, and Groundskeeping and spread the cost out with monthly payments of just $42. This option is a 12-month membership commitment, but instead of paying the full amount up front, you’ll pay in easy monthly installments. Sign up in October and receive one month free!
