Fall is on the way and so is our favorite event of the year!! Oktoberfest 2025 promises to be our best one yet! RETROBUTION 80's BAND will perform poolside from 6:30pm to 10pm! Join us in the Wexford Biergarten for keg domestic beer...ID's will be required by the bartending service. Outside alcohol is PROHIBITED. Belmont Catering will be providing a German food sampling at 6pm including cabbage rolls, schnitzel, sauerkraut balls, brats in kraut, and German potato salad. Food will be limited, so come early to get a taste! We will also have pretzels/cheese and few tasty desserts!This event is open to all residents so please bring a guest or two!This is our last big blowout of the summer event season, so we hope to see you all one last time poolside!
