EVENT SCHEDULE
DUE TO HEAT, WE ARE UTILIZING A COMPRESSED, CONCURRENT RUN SCHEDULE.
ALL DAYS:
MORNING ROLLING ROLL CALL WILL START AT 5:30 AM, RUNS WILL BEGIN NLT 6:00. – or as soon as sun is high enough to SAFELY run the course.
IF SPACE AVAILABLE, GATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10:00 AM
ALL DOGS (EARLY ENTRIES AND GATE ENTRIES) MUST BE CHECKED IN FOR FINAL RUNS OF THE DAY BY 11:30 AM, SHUTTING DOWN FOR THE DAY AFTER THE LAST DOG IN LINE RUNS.
TEST 1 AND TEST 2 RUNS WILL BE CONCURRENT RUNS. Please remember when running your dog twice to be mindful of the heat. Bring room temp water to keep hydrated!
Some worker dogs will be moved to the front and run first depending on the circumstance. All other WORKER DOGS WILL RUN AT THE END OF THE DAY.
--Once Temps reach 85 degrees, these dogs will be bumped to the front of the line: Brachycephalic breeds. (Other exceptions may be made based on the dog/breed).
--Event is limited to 150 entries per test.
--Provided the line is short, Gate/Same Day entries will be accepted from 10:00-11:30 only.
Run area is an open field with no shade trees, canopies are limited, and the sun will be out. It will be hot! So, PLEASE, bring shade (like an umbrella) to cover your dog and water to keep hydrated!

INCREASED COSTS: Please be aware that due to increased costs for this event, we have had to increase our entry fees. Early entries have increased to $30 and Gate/Same day entries have increased to $40. Our sincerest apologies, but we have had no choice. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you will continue to run with us.
