What’s Special About This Concert:Composer in Residence, Clint Williams, gives the world premiere performance of a requiem composed specifically for the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the OKC Bombing. OCS will give the Oklahoma Premiere Performance of DFW based composer, Quinn Mason’s Reflections on a Memorial. This will be especially poignant as our venue is directly next to the OKC Bombing Memorial and was damaged in the event. Dvořák’s A Hero’s Song tells the story of the Oklahoma Standard; a people rising and helping their neighbors to overcome tragedy.
