TOP OKLAHOMA-BRED RACINGThe 2024 Oklahoma Classics will be renewed at Remington Park on Friday, Oct. 18. The evening features top Oklahoma-bred horses, in a series of divisional stakes, worth more than $1,000,000 in total purse money. The first race is 7:07pm-Central.
Conducted every year at Remington Park since it began in 1993, the eight divisional stakes events will be contested, along with a solid pair of starter allowance events. The $175,000 Classics Cup for 3-year-olds and older, at 1-1/16 miles, is the main event.
The 32nd-edition of the Oklahoma Classics at Remington Park showcases the best Oklahoma-breds, allowing Oklahoma’s breeders and owners to enjoy the benefits that their programs and diligence to the industry have produced.
In addition to the $175,000 Classics Cup, the other Oklahoma Classics stakes races include:
– $145,000 Distaff Handicap
– $130,000 Sprint
– $130,000 Distaff Sprint
– $130,000 Turf Handicap
– $130,000 Distaff Turf
– $100,000 Juvenile
– $100,000 Lassie
In addition to the Oklahoma Classics, Remington Park also features simulcast racing from across North America and non-stop jackpot play in the Casino. Guests must be 18 or order to wager on racing or enter the casino gaming floor.
