Open Bar will be based on consumption for a minimum sales requirement is what I'm in contract for with this event. As soon as we hit our threshold (and they will keep me updated hourly so I can let the DJ announce it) everything will be cash bar after.

Theme Details:
The dress code policy for this facility is Business Causal. That is the requirement from owners. The "Throwback Prom" theme means you wear a full ball gown/suit or you can go with a blazer with dark jeans combo. Not a ripped jeans and flips flops vibe.
We'll have the place to ourselves till 10pm, then they have to open it up to the public. I'm sure the enforcement of the dresscode has something to do with that. The owner mentioned that we are more than welcome to say until they close!
