Chokma! Hachinchokmataa? Hello! How are y'all?We will next meet and celebrate our OKCMCCC Fall Festival on Saturday, Nov. 8th, from 10 am-2 pm at the OKC Community Center, 4001 NW 39th St., OKC.
Are you excited for our Fall Festival? We are hard at work getting everything ready so be on the lookout for more emails with information and updates.
Starting out, here are a few things we’d like everyone to consider before the festival:
1. Pre-registration: while we are excited to extend an open invitation to attend the festival, we do request that everyone RSVP in advance. This will tell us how many people to prepare food and activities for. To RSVP, please email Marcy Roll at [email protected] or call/text (405) 640-6217 before November 2nd with the names of all those attending with you, and a phone number for contacts.
2. Volunteering: we plan to offer a number of activities at the fall festival but we need your help to make that happen. We will need help setting up tables in the lobby, elders room, and banquet hall the day before (Nov 7) as well as help cleaning up after the event.
