The American Lung Association in Oklahoma is excited to bring you Oklahoma City's first stair climbing club! Join us once-a-month at different climb venues throughout the OKC metro. May location is downtown at the beautiful Myriad Botanical Gardens.
This club is completely free and we invite all to come out. Kids are welcome to climb too, so bring the whole family!
At each month’s climb, we'll have a guest speaker briefly share stretching, fitness and/or nutritional tips, then it’s time to climb!
Climbers are free to go as fast or as slow as they want and there’s no limit to the amount of times you can climb the course. Water and snacks will be provided.
