Registration is open to the First 100 Citizen with a License that has been either Revoked, Suspended, or Canceled.
Suspended Driver's License Examples:
- Failure to maintain Automobile Insurance
- Failure to have a valid Vehicle Registration
- Failure to obtain, renew, or return a Car Tag
- Failure to pay Traffic Tickets or Child Support
- Failure to pay or work off fines, fees, and costs imposed as part of a Criminal Sentence
- Designation as a Habitual Traffic Offender
- Accumulation of too many points on Driving Record
- Consequence of a Plea to certain crimes such as DUI or certain Drug-Related Offenses
Disqualifying Offenses:
- Active Suspension for DUI
- Suspension for Felony Drug Charges
Not-Eligible for Clinic:
- WALK-INS are not Eligible to Attend Clinic
- Pending Criminal Charges (unrelated to Driver's License) and Out-of-County Matters
